Corrugated Sheet Cutting Machine
The machine is designed for high production in cutting paper as well as 2 ply corrugated sheet without damaging the flutes. This machine can be used as an independent unit or can be attached to a corrugation machine for direct and accurate sheet cutting, which minimises the percentage of wastage. PIV gear box is provided for cutting of the sheet to the required length. A delivery conveyer is provided to carry the sheets out. Variable speed motor is recommended for economy in wastage at an additional cost
Corrugated Board And Box Machine
The Machine offers high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The flute rollers are mounted on bearings for smooth running 8 imparts proper impression on paper.Two Pre-heaters are provided for demoisturising the paper. Motorised reel stand is provided. Variable speed motor is provided as standard with this model. ‘JUMBO’ Type Motorised reel stand with capacity of lifting upto 1 ton reel can be provided at an additional cost.
Paper Corrugated Board And Box Making Machine
The Machine is equipped with 4-knife adjustment for the height of the cardboard box and the length and width adjustment as well as the link structure movement for the upper and lower knife stands,upper and lower pressing line, picking knife, pressing line rod and regulation ruler hand; saving order changing time.
The slotting and creasing heads moves together.
Paper Corrugated Board Packaging Machine
The Heavy Duty Platen punching and embossing machine is utilised for cutting, creasing, embossing and punching of corrugated sheets. The drive and stop to the platen is transferred by an electromagnetic clutch. Two safety guides are provided for instant stopping of the machine in emergency.
